Data Protection

With effect from 25th May 2018 the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 replaced the Data Protection Act 1998 in the UK. This requires organisations that need to hold any personally identifying information obtain a positive consent from individuals providing that data, i.e. you must give consent for us to hold your personal information regardless of how little that information may be. This is a good thing for privacy as it ensures organisations cannot, under law, hold information they are not entitled to. Data Sharing

In order for LEBA and it's contributing firms to fully understand the value of the Monthly Volume Reports, basic information (such as which reports are downloaded, frequency and by which company) may be shared with contributors to the report in order to review market requirement and assess their continued support.

Any information compiled and shared with contributing firms will be anonymised to only include company name, number of individuals and number of downloads in order to prevent any personally identifiable information being shared.
